
Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of holiday membership services offered by M&N Holidays Pvt. Ltd. (“the Company”). By purchasing, subscribing to, or availing of any holiday plan, the Member agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Members are advised to read these Terms carefully before proceeding.

Holiday Package Eligibility and Usage
1.1 The holiday package is available strictly on a twin-sharing basis. Additional charges shall apply for any extra person accompanying the Member.
1.2 All holiday bookings under this plan must be made at least four (4) months in advance from the intended date of travel.
1.3 Each membership year shall be calculated from 1st January to 31st December.
1.4 The Member may transfer or gift the tour package to another person up to three (3) times within the 15-year membership period. However, in any year in which the package is transferred or gifted, the primary Member shall not be eligible to avail of the tour personally.
1.5 Priority-based nomination is compulsory for all bookings under this plan.

Payments and Refund Policy
2.1 All payments made towards the holiday plan or membership are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
2.2 The Member acknowledges that the payment made is towards holiday services and not an investment or deposit scheme.
2.3 No financial returns, interest, or capital appreciation shall accrue to the Member from the amount paid.
2.4 No bonus, dividend, or any other form of monetary or financial benefit shall be provided under this plan.

Booking and Availability
3.1 All holiday bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
3.2 The Company reserves the right to offer equivalent alternate destinations or accommodations in the event of unavailability.
3.3 The Company shall not be liable for any delay, change, or cancellation of a holiday tour arising from unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, or similar events.

Member Responsibilities
4.1 Members are required to provide accurate information and valid identification at the time of booking.
4.2 Members are responsible for compliance with all applicable travel regulations, including passport, visa, and health requirements.
4.3 Any misconduct, damage to property, or breach of local laws by a Member or their nominee during travel shall be the sole responsibility of the Member.

Limitation of Liability
5.1 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of the services.
5.2 The Company's total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the Member towards the specific booking or plan under dispute.

Compliance and Legal Framework
6.1 These Terms comply with Google’s advertising and business communication policies. The Company does not promote any investment, income-generation, or financial return scheme.
6.2 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with the membership purchase or using the services of M&N Holidays Pvt. Ltd., the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
